Modified Navy Hbt Shirt Jacket

Incredible, altered naval HBT shirt jacket. Based on the added bottom buttons and state it was found in, this was likely altered fairly close to when it was issued, making it a lovely example of early modification. We can't be sure, but based on the cut and darts, this was likely modified for a woman, and would look excellent paired with some high waisted jeans.
